Music from WUOT Radio

WUOT, an affiliate of National Public Radio, offers a variety of music and talk, including local news. Located at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, WUOT is the media sponsor of the Oak Ridge Civic Music Association. 

Matt Shafer Powell, husband of ORCMA Executive Director Michelle Powell and an avid supporter of the Oak Ridge Symphony, is news director of WUOT. In 2009 Matt won a national Edward R. Murrow Award for Writing Excellence.
