Daniel Austrich, violin
Born 1984 in St.Petersburg, Russia. First lesson at the age of five. Debut with orchestra at the age of ten. At the age of eleven performed in the Grand Philharmonic Hall of St.Petersburg (with State Hermitage Orchestra). Moved to Germany in 1997. Studied with Alla Aranovskaya in St.Petersburg and Oberlin. Currently studies with Viktor Tretyakov in Cologne. Plays a 1703 Giovanni Grancino violin by kind permission of Klaus Brendecke of Hildesheim, Germany.
