Sponsorship Opportunities

Individuals, families, companies, and other organizations are welcome to sponsor the Oak Ridge Symphony Orchestra concertmaster, a section leader, or a whole concert. Sponsors will receive benefits, which are listed below. If you or your company is interested in sponsoring a section leader, musician, or concert, contact Michelle Powell at 865-483-5569.

UT-Battelle (Oak Ridge National Laboratory) has sponsored a concert each year since April 2000. Oak Ridge Associated Universities and Oak Ridge's Rotary clubs have sponsored Family Concerts. ORAU is the education sponsor and WUOT is the media sponsor of ORCMA concerts.

The ORSO concertmaster this season is sponsored by Richard and Lois Philippone, and the principal cello (head of the cello section) is sponsored by ORSO Conductor Dan Allcott and his wife Susan Capron.

•    On-stage recognition by the ORSO conductor.
•    Recognition in newspaper articles, reviews, and other publicity material.
•    An opportunity for a photo of your representative presenting a check to the ORSO conductor.
•    20 tickets for use at any ORSO concert.
•    Recognition sign in the lobby during the event.

CHAIRS

Concertmaster

•    Half-page advertisement in the concert program.
•    Your logo on the ORSO website home page for the season
•    Your company’s name will follow the Concertmaster's name in each of the season’s programs.
•    An opportunity for a photo of your representative with the ORSO concertmaster.
•    An opportunity for a photo of your representative presenting a check to the ORSO conductor.
•    30 tickets for use at any ORSO concert.

Principal(Section Leader)

•    Quarter-page advertisement in the concert program. 
•    Your logo will be placed on our website for the season.
•    Your company’s name will follow the name of the sponsored section leader in each of the season’s programs.
•    An opportunity for a photo of your representative with the sponsored principal musician.
•    20 tickets for use at any ORSO concert.

Musician

•    Quarter-page advertisement in the concert program. 
•    Your company’s name will follow the name of the sponsored musician in each of the season’s programs.
•    An opportunity for a photo of your representative with the sponsored musician.
•    10 tickets for use at any ORSO concert.


Chamber Music Concerts

Full Sponsorship of Chamber Music Concert

•    Full-page advertisement in the concert program opposite the program description. 
•    Your logo on the ORSO website for the season.
•    On-stage recognition by the President of the Oak Ridge Civic Music Association.
•    Recognition in newspaper articles, reviews, and other publicity material.
•    An opportunity for a photo of your representative with the members of the group playing the sponsored concert.
•    An opportunity for a photo of your representative presenting a check to the ORCMA President.
•    30 tickets for use at the sponsored Chamber Music Concert.
•    Prominent recognition sign in the lobby during the event.

Partial Sponsorship of Chamber Music Concert

•    Half-page advertisement opposite the concert program description.

•    Recognition in newspaper articles, reviews, and other publicity material.
