Celebrate the end of our season with a FREE family concert! Carlos Hernandez Baez will conduct this special program, featuring a side-by-side performance with members of the Oak Ridge High School Orchestra and Oak Ridge Symphony Orchestra!

Stories — A Symphonic Adventure

Every piece of music tells a story. On the evening of May 9th, Oak Ridge High School and the Oak Ridge Symphony Orchestra take the stage together to bring four beloved tales to life — through the power of a live orchestra.

From the soaring heroism of Superman to the playful characters of Peter & the Wolf, the irresistible energy of Copland's Hoedown, and the vibrant rhythms of Danzón — this side-by-side concert is a celebration of music, community, and storytelling.

Arrive early at 4:30 PM and enjoy food trucks, ice cream, and more before the music begins at 6:00 PM. This is a day in the park you simply don't want to miss.

Admission is completely free — just bring your family, friends, and your love of live music.
