Volunteer with ORCMA

Make a Difference Through Music

Volunteering with the Oak Ridge Civic Music Association (ORCMA) is a rewarding way to support the arts and make a positive impact in our community. Whether you are passionate about music, looking to give back, or seeking new experiences, there are many ways to get involved.

Music needs more than musicians.

From ushering at the symphony to mailing the season brochure, ORCMA runs on volunteers and we need you. Pick a role, tell us your schedule, and we'll take it from there.

Why Volunteer with ORCMA?

ORCMA has been part of Oak Ridge for 82 years — and none of it happens without people who show up. Volunteers usher our concerts, chaperone our youth musicians, staff community events, and keep our history.

Support the Arts:

Community Impact: Help us bring high-quality musical performances and educational programs to Oak Ridge and surrounding areas.

Cultural Enrichment: Play a role in enriching the cultural life of our community through music.

Personal Benefits:

Skill Development: Gain valuable skills and experience in event planning, customer service, and arts administration.

Networking: Meet and connect with other music enthusiasts, professionals, and community members.
