Oak Ridge Symphony Orchestra closes its 2026–27 season with a program that travels from Classical poise to Romantic abundance. Violinist William Shaub, Concertmaster of the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra, joins ORSO for Mozart's Violin Concerto No. 4 in D major — a work brimming with youthful charm, singing melodic lines, and the effortless balance that defines Mozart's style. After intermission, the orchestra turns to Rachmaninoff's Symphony No. 2 in E minor — one of the most beloved works in the Romantic symphonic repertoire.
