A Community United in Song

This special evening brings together voices and instruments from across Oak Ridge in a joyful celebration of music and faith. The Oak Ridge Chorus and Chamber Orchestra join forces with the Roane Choral Society and First United Methodist Church for a multi-group collaboration that transforms the sanctuary into a shared space of harmony and community spirit.

The program features a specially commissioned work alongside beloved sacred masterworks: the ethereal beauty of Beibl's Ave Maria, the soaring spiritual energy of Hogan's Ride on King Jesus, and the timeless grace of Schubert's Mass in G.

Together, these ensembles honor the power of music to bring people together — voices lifted as one, in celebration of community, faith, and the joy of shared performance.
