Julie Carter serves as Director of Music Education at the Joy of Music School, plays in The Oak Ridge Symphony Orchestra and helps manage her husband’s translation business. Previously Director of Development at the National Music Conservatory, Amman, Jordan and member of the NMC Orchestra with studies at Stetson University, the Juilliard School and the University of Tennessee, she now enjoys living in Knoxville with her family.
